Description: Shoots a volley of arrows into the air and let them rain down on a targeted area in the ground. The arrow rainstorm lasts for 3.5 seconds and hits enemies every 0.5 seconds. Enemies will become confused for 10 seconds for each hit taken from the rainstorm. Confusion does not affect boss monsters. Requires a musical instrument class weapon. Consumes 10 arrows.
