Description: Allows the user to refine any type of equipment whether the user is able to equip it or not. Refinable items depend on the skill level. The base success chance is the same as the refiners in towns, but each DEX and LUK point boosts it by 0.1% up to a 25% boost cap. Refining weapons requires an oridecon and refining armors requires an elunium. Passively increases the user's ATK, DEF and MDEF by 10 per skill level Consumes 1 hammer of blacksmith.
