Description: Cast magic on a target to restore an amount of it's total health. The magic will bind with the caster and heal them as well. The caster's base level and MATK, the skill level and INT affect the amount of HP restored. When used onto a different target, both the target and the user will get a short burst of movement speed (+25%).
