Skill Form: Passive
Description: Passively boost the ASPD of the player. This bonus is based on a percentage and not a flat value. On mastering, this skill removes the weapon requirements of casted skills. Skills that require a bow or a musical instrument will require a bow. Skills that require a shield will still require one. Skills that require a cart will not require one
