Dual Wielding
Skill Form: Passive
Description: Allows the user to equip a one handed weapon in each hand, performing faster regular attacks, but not skills. The base damage when equipping two weapons is reduced first, but it's regained as the skill level increases. Only the attack on the right hand will be used for calculations when using skills. User may have to re-login after learning this skill to activate the effect
