Job Change
After reaching Job 50 in Acolytes can job change to Monk by talking to the Monk Guildmaster at Hugel (/navi hugel 207/223).
Transcendence
After reaching Lvl 90 Job 50, Monks can transcend to Champion by talking to the Master Champion in Payon (/navi payon 155/243)
Appearance Change
Rangers can change their appearance by talking to the Ranger Armorer NPC at Hugel (/navi hu_in01 381/384). There are four options to choose from:
