Champion

Summary Eventually, the Monk realizes the limits of the human mind and body... The force in his punches is feared, but his spirit is unsatisfied: His mind, body and spirit are not yet in perfect harmony. Through intense dedication and rigorous training, the Monk can finally tap into the total strength of his entire being as a Champion.

A Champion is the Transcendent variant of Monk. Champions are deadly in close range combat due to their use of knuckles, maces and combos.

They can also tank with their high damage reduction and boost the party with their auto attack build.

To become a champion:

• Reach Monk base level 90 and job level 50.
• Go to Louyang.
• Find the Master Champion east of the Main Square.
• Talk to them to become a Champion.

Skill Trees

Each class in Runerok Online offers 3 main skill trees and 2 shorter side trees. Reaching level 3 of each skill is required in order to access the next skill within that same tree. Each skill has a maximum of 5 levels.

• Fistfight: Close quarters physical combat using knuckles.
• Combo: Use of combo chains to unlock progressively powerful attacks.
• Shaolin: Spiritual warrior using summoned spirit spheres to deal short and long range damage.
• Contemplation: Movement and defense boosting skills.
• Inquisitor: Auto attack focused, physical damage booster to self and party members.

	Ultra Instinct	A technique that enhances the user's ATK as well as their STR, AGI and VIT for a minute.	Buff
	Guillotine Fists	Strike a single enemy with both fists targeting each side of the neck. This skill has a chance of inflicting the coma status on the targeted enemy, leaving them with a minimum amount of HP. It also ignores the target's DEF. Requires a knuckle class weapon.	Offensive
	Gate of Hell	Strikes all enemies weak points with multiple hits. This skill will increase the player's combo stacks by one when used with an active combo. Can only be cast as part of a combo chain.	Offensive
	Dragon of the Darkness Flame	Releases a Darkness Flame dragon upon a tergeted enemy. This can only be cast as part of a combo chain.	Offensive
	Zen	Increases damage of all skills that require spirit spheres.	Buff
	Asura Strike	Perform an extremely powerful strike against a single enemy target to deal massive damage to it.	Offensive
	Grapple	Grapple with a target enemy to leave it immobilised along with yourself for a short duration of time.	Debuff
	Mental Strength	The user enters a state of dedicated mental strength through meditation. This state reduces the amount of damage received to a set percentage.	Buff
	Expiatio	Blesses party's weapons with divine power. Melee physical attacks will pierce the enemy's DEF and MDEF.	Buff
	In Lucem Batalia	Imbues the party with the power of the holy avenging battle light, granting a boost in ATK, MATK and ASPD.	Buff
