Eventually, the Monk realizes the limits of the human mind and body... The force in his punches is feared, but his spirit is unsatisfied: His mind, body and spirit are not yet in perfect harmony. Through intense dedication and rigorous training, the Monk can finally tap into the total strength of his entire being as a Champion.
A Champion is the Transcendent variant of Monk. Champions are deadly in close range combat due to their use of knuckles, maces and combos.
They can also tank with their high damage reduction and boost the party with their auto attack build.
To become a champion:
- Reach Monk base level 90 and job level 50.
- Go to Louyang.
- Find the Master Champion east of the Main Square.
- Talk to them to become a Champion.
Skill Trees
Each class in Runerok Online offers 3 main skill trees and 2 shorter side trees. Reaching level 3 of each skill is required in order to access the next skill within that same tree. Each skill has a maximum of 5 levels.
- Fistfight: Close quarters physical combat using knuckles.
- Combo: Use of combo chains to unlock progressively powerful attacks.
- Shaolin: Spiritual warrior using summoned spirit spheres to deal short and long range damage.
- Contemplation: Movement and defense boosting skills.
- Inquisitor: Auto attack focused, physical damage booster to self and party members.
