Archers are ranged damage dealers using bow and arrows to defeat enemies from afar. They may freely choose between dealing magic damage or physical damage.

Archers are masters of increasing their focus and concentration to hunt monsters while wielding a bow and arrow. Though they prefer sniping monsters from a safe distance, in close combat they can easily loose several arrows in quick succession to ensure their target never even reaches them. Archers have a closeness with nature and their understanding of local flora and fauna, learned within the lush forests of Payon, encourages them to further enhance their knowledge about the animals that may become their companions someday.

Archers are known for their high Ranged Physical Damage and HIT using Bows. Archers rely on high DEX to deal damage to monsters with high accuracy and they can either aim for high AGI for ASPD to snipe monsters quickly or high VIT to boost survivability as they decimate monsters with a shower of arrows.


To become a archer:

  • Reach Novice job level 10.
  • Talk to the Zonda Beginner Teleport NPC to teleport to Payon.
  • Head one map to the north to enter Archer Village. You may also ask the dungeon warper to warp you in front of Payon dungeon, which is located on the same map.
  • Head to [141, 162] to find the archers guild, and enter the building.
  • Talk to the Archer Guildmaster to become an archer.



Skill Trees

Each class in Runerok Online offers 3 main skill trees and 2 shorter side trees. Reaching level 3 of each skill is required in order to access the next skill within that same tree. Each skill has a maximum of 5 levels.

  • Magic Archery: Single target ranged magic damage skills.
  • Meditation: SP recovery and SP boost skills.
  • Bowmaster: Single target ranged physical damage skills.
  • Darting: Single target long range disruption.
  • Training: Range and status boosting skills.
